Receiving Your Order

We recommend that someone be present to accept delivery and immediately refrigerate the fresh fish to maximize shelf life. Please ship to your work address if no one will be at home to accept delivery.

Kona Kampachi^® Storage

When stored at 34° to 36° F, recommended shelf life is six days.

We ship from our company in Hawaii, USA.

All shipments are insured and are issued an order tracking number.

Shipping

We ship all retail orders via FedEx^® 2-Day. FedEx doesn't accept PO Box or APO shipping addresses. The actual anticipated FedEx delivery time (so-called commitment time) can be found by checking your order status after your order has shipped.

Shipping Box Size and Weight

We ship using boxes sized to hold approximately 25, 35, or 50 pounds of fish maximum per box. Actual weight of box will be greater due to insulation and coolant weights.

International Shipping

Sorry. We are only making shipments to the United States at this time. However, this may change in the future. So please don't hesitate to contact us about your international needs as we are interested in hearing from you.
