Executive Assistant

Kona Blue is seeking a detail-oriented professional, good at multi-tasking, to assist executives and staff in the Kona office. Tasks include: scheduling travel; coordinating HR functions and paperwork; assisting with accounts payable and receivable; supervising special projects; maintaining relationships with local businesses, NGOs, State and Federal agencies; and other general administrative work.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management or equivalent. 3-5 years related business experience in an administrative role preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sound working knowledge of MS Office products.
